Accessibility
Draft for legal review. This page describes how the site works today. It will be reviewed by counsel, and the operator and contact details added, before launch.
Our goal
We aim for this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, and keyboard focus is always visible.
- Animations respect your device's reduced-motion setting, and none of the site's information depends on watching them.
- Illustrations have text descriptions, and decorative motion is hidden from screen readers.
- Text is sized to be readable on phones, and the site works at any screen width without sideways scrolling.
- We test pages with automated accessibility checks.
Known limitations
The animated illustrations on the home page describe their story in text, but some details shown only in the animation are summarized rather than read out step by step. Automated checks do not catch every barrier, and a full manual review has not been done yet.
